Do you repair coffee machines on site on Koh Samui?
Yes. We come to your café, restaurant or resort anywhere on Koh Samui. The on-site diagnostic fee is THB 1,000, and repairs start from THB 1,200 plus spare parts.
How quickly can a technician come?
We triage remotely on LINE or WhatsApp within 2 hours and dispatch a technician on site in under 24 hours across Koh Samui. Our service hours are Monday–Saturday, 08:30–17:30.
Which espresso machine and grinder brands do you service?
We work on equipment from over 20 global brands, including La Marzocco, Victoria Arduino, Synesso, Eversys, Franke, LaCimbali, Nuova Simonelli, Faema, Wega, Sanremo, Mazzer and Mahlkönig.
How much does a preventive maintenance contract cost?
Annual contracts cost THB 6,000–11,500 for coffee grinders, THB 8,500–14,000 for espresso machines and THB 10,000–16,500 for fully automatic systems, with 3–6 visits a year. Rates depend on your equipment and operating conditions; spare parts and consumables are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Can we get a loaner machine while ours is being repaired?
Yes. We can place a standby loaner machine from THB 1,000 per day, so you can keep serving coffee.
Do you offer water filtration for coffee machines?
Yes. We offer ultrafiltration (UF) systems and commercial reverse osmosis (RO) with remineralization, plus annual filter replacement contracts from THB 4,500 per year.
